Mrs. Juxon-Smith is Sierra Leonean resident in Sierra Leone and a professional Sociologist. She served as a civil servant in the Ministry of Social Welfare, Gender and Children’s Affairs in several capacities and rose to become the professional head of the Ministry as the Chef Social Development Officer. Mrs. Juxon-Smith is also an Administrator and holds a Masters degree in Sociology and Post-graduate certificate in planning of Social Services, She is now retired.
Mrs. Iris Melvina Juxon-Smith (Board Chairperson)
Mr. Micheal Kamara was recruited in November 2012. He is trained in Accounting and Administration with wealth of experience in the Microfinance industry. He was the Operations Manager in one of the leading MFI's in Sierra Leone before joining GGEM. He started his microfinance carrier as a Loan Officer and then promoted to Branch Manager. He also worked as an Internal Audit and Compliance Manager before becoming Operations Manager. His core competencies include Financial Analysis, Strategic Marketing for Microfinance, Delinquency, Management, Internal Controls etc. He has participated in several in-country and international trainings on microfinance. He holds an MSc. Degree in Accounting & Finance.
Miss Godwin is a Sierra Leonean resident in Sierra Leone. She is an Educationist and served as the Director of Centre Pedagogique and Chief Examiner in French for the West African Examination Council. She is currently the consultant for the American International School. She holds a degree in Languages (specialising in French) and a Post graduate diploma In Languages.

Mr. Alphonso Cambell (Member)
Mr. Campbell is a Sierra Leonean resident in Sierra Leone. He is trained in Development Planning & Management and a practising Microfinance Professional. After serving in the Civil Service Mr. Campbell Joined the National Commission of Social Action and served in many capacities including being Officer in-charge Microfinance Programme. He later on moved on to Microfinance Investment and Technical Assistance Facility (MITAF) where he served as Deputy Director. Mr. Campbell holds a Masters in Development Planning and Management and has also participated in several microfinance trainings both in and out of Sierra Leone. He is currently a freelance consultant
